Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and career aspirations.
2. Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dental practices, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Job Placement: Facilitate the placement process by coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and guiding candidates and clients through the hiring process.
4. Market Research:Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
5. Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.
