Overview

Our client is looking for a Project Interface Manager to oversee the delivery and integration of additional works and lifecycle projects across a major FM contract in London. You'll ensure all works meet contractual, safety, and operational standards while supporting commercial performance. This is a key government site and you will need to pass SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage delivery of minor works and capital projects across the estate

- Ensure compliance with quality, H&S, and project handback requirements

- Oversee documentation, commissioning, and integration with operational services

- Support project cost control and commercial targets

- Liaise with internal teams, client, and SPV to ensure smooth coordination

- Maintain records for KPIs, asset updates, and service changes

- Manage supply chain performance and ensure risk is controlled

- Participate in out-of-hours rota as part of business continuity

Requirements

- Background in Facilities Management and project delivery

- Technical expertise (mechanical or electrical preferred)

- Experience in PFI environments

- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder skills

- Competent with reporting, compliance, and risk management
