OTE: £32,500+pa
 
Parts Advisor Job Details
Basic Salary: £28,500pa
Working Hours:
Week 1 - Monday-Friday 06:00-15:30
Week 2 - Monday-Friday 09:30-18:00 & Saturday morning on rota (1 in 3 or 4 at Time and a Half)
 
Location: Preston
 
An experienced parts person with an automotive background is required for a full time permanent role who has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities of an Parts Advisor
·Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
·Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
·Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
·Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
·Informing customers of any current specials.
·Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
 
Skills and Qualifications of an Parts Advisor
·Previous UK automotive experience is essential
·Good levels of numeracy and literacy
·Good customer service skills
·UK Drivers licence preferred but not essential
