Salary: £30k + 1.4k yearly bonus

Hours: 8am - 4pm- Monday - Friday fully office based

Job description

  • Processing orders in accordance with SLA's and working together as a team.
  • Uploading all client information with excellent efficiency and responding to all queries.
  • Building customer relationships and supporting with any order questions including logistics plans.
  • Fulfilling orders using SAP and sending out client information.
  • Supporting with national accounts and providing updates accordingly.
  • Ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to high standards to meet audit guidelines.
  • Manage all shipping information accordingly and working alongside the internal teams to ensure that the details are uploads correctly.

  • Good IT skills ideally with experience using SAP
  • Team Player - Ability to collaborate effectively and work towards team goals.
  • Attention to Detail - Accuracy is key in processing orders and handling client information.
  • Organized & Multi-Tasking - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
