Seeking an organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work reduced hours while still making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Hours of Work: 3 full days or part time school days
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and prepare information packs for internal teams and clients
- Accurately process customer orders through internal systems
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain product details, updates, and delivery timelines
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person
- Assist customers with product information and general service enquiries
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document filing, and updating internal records
- Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks and coordination when required
Person / Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident dealing with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and customer/order systems
- Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- A team player who is happy to support others and get involved in all aspects of the role
