Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and prepare information packs for internal teams and clients
  • Accurately process customer orders through internal systems
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain product details, updates, and delivery timelines
  • Handle customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person
  • Assist customers with product information and general service enquiries
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document filing, and updating internal records
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks and coordination when required

Person / Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident dealing with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
  • IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and customer/order systems
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • A team player who is happy to support others and get involved in all aspects of the role
