This Business Quality Officer job in Farnborough is for a multi-award winning national financial advice business, building a diverse workforce
As a Business Quality Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing the suitability and quality of advice through file checking cases pre-sale. If you identify any areas of concern or development, it would be part of your role to provide appropriate and supportive feedback to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
As such, you will be regularly working with your fellow departments such as Training & Compliance, Technical & Proposition and Paraplanning. The business utilises hybrid working plus likes to attend meetings in their Farnborough office
The position is similar to that of an IFA File Checker.
Business Quality Officer Requirements
- You should have experience as a File Checker for pension and investment advice cases
- You must hold RO2 & RO4
- Individuals holding their full diploma would be preferable
- This role could suit Paraplanners who want to move into business quality / compliance

Business Quality Officers Benefits
- Salary £38,000 - £46,000 plus life assurance, income protection, critical illness, private medical cover, pension scheme 6% Employer and 3% Employee and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Remote working with need to attend the office on occasional basis such as once a month
