Farnborough (Hybrid: 2 days on-site after first month)
15.69 per hour Full-time, 6-month contract
Vibe Recruit are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join a dynamic and supportive financial services team based in Farnborough.

What you'll be doing:
Delivering a high level of customer service via phone and email.
Owning and resolving queries quickly and professionally, ensuring full resolution.
Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Providing administrative and service support to the wider field team.
Using internal systems to log, track, and manage customer cases accurately.
What we're looking for:
Previous customer service or call centre experience is highly beneficial.
Office-based experience essential - financial services background a strong advantage.
Graduate applicants welcome - full training provided.
Computer literate, with confident communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexible, professional, and proactive with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
