Job Title: ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – Estate Agency

An established, award-winning independent estate agency is looking for a highly motivated, capable, and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join their hugely successful Camberley office.
The successful candidate will assist the Branch Manager in managing the sales team, motivating negotiators, and ensuring branch profitability, with a strong focus on generating new instructions and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist the Branch Manager in leading and motivating the sales team
- Drive negotiators to meet and exceed sales targets
- Generate new property instructions for the branch to sell
- Monitor and ensure branch profitability
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Oversee daily sales operations and performance
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous estate agency experience (essential)
- Proven experience in managing a sales team
- Strong listing and business-winning skills
- High sales conversion rates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised, dynamic, and driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Professional telephone manner and presentation
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car
