Candidates should have a relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or project management, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or refurbishment project management.
Experience in high-security environments and strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a minimum of SC level security clearance.

AsFacilitiesProjectManager,youwillplayacrucialroleindeliveringrealvalueforyourcustomers,managingprojectsthroughtheirimplementationandlifecycle,toensure successfuloutcomes.

Therolewillplan,coordinateandmanageallphasesoftheconstructionprojects, managingbudgets,riskandresourceallocationtoensuresuccessfulimplementation, costefficiencyandtimelydelivery.Youwillmanageallstakeholderengagementwith clients,securitystakeholders,internalteamsandexternalpartnerandsubcontractors.

TheIdealCandidate:

Relevantqualificationinconstruction,engineeringand/orproject management.
Minimum3yearsexperienceinconstruction/fitout / refurbishment projectmanagement.
Proventrackrecordofdeliveringmultimprojectsontimeandtobudget.
Experienceworkinginhighsecurity/highriskenvironments.
Strongstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskills.
AminimumofSClevelofsecurityclearance.
