- Supporting operational teams in identifying and avoiding underground and overhead utilities
- Conducting site surveys to inform design and construction planning
- Delivering training sessions on cable detection tools and interpreting utility plans
- Liaising with utility providers and clients to obtain accurate site documentation
- Assisting in incident investigations and contributing to preventative safety measures
- Performing site audits to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
- Previous experience in highway works or construction environments
- Eagerness to learn and develop new technical competencies
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Familiarity with cable detection equipment and utility mapping
- Understanding of health and safety best practices
- Knowledge of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA)
- Experience in highways or civil engineering projects
- Full UK Driving Licence
