You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agency panels, identifying opportunities, generating leads, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities for a Business Development Executive

  • Provide exceptional support and service to referring panels, adhering to SLAs, and exceeding commitments.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers and agency consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor referral outcomes and provide updates to agency contacts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective needs analysis.
  • Utilise outbound communication channels (telephone, email, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to generate leads and expand market share.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key potential clients, create opportunity planners, and track progress.
