What you’ll do
- Analyse learning needs for the transformation portfolio and turn them into clear delivery plans.
- Create blended training assets (virtual classrooms, e-learning, job aids, workshops, micro-learning, etc.).
- Coordinate project timelines, tracking progress and reporting to the Change Manager.
- Influence stakeholders at every level, ensuring adoption, compliance and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor risks and maintain training records in line with regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
- Proven track-record designing and rolling out large-scale training in a regulated environment (life & pensions experience a big plus).
- Expertise in instructional design, adult-learning principles and modern learning technologies/LMS.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Analytical mindset, able to translate complex change into practical, learner-friendly solutions.
- Resilience, decisiveness and a genuine enthusiasm for driving positive change.

- Contract: 6-month fixed-term (with potential to extend as the programme evolves).
- Location: Hybrid - mix of office collaboration and remote flexibility.
- Reporting to: Change & Efficiency Manager, working closely with the Head?of?Operations.
