Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily.
  • Understand our product range and identify opportunities to upsell.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Research and source information using internal systems and resources.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Set up new customer accounts and update existing records.
  • Process orders and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Prioritise and escalate issues where required.
  • Follow up on customer interactions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and records in line with company procedures.
  • Produce regular call and performance reports.
