Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily.
- Understand our product range and identify opportunities to upsell.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Research and source information using internal systems and resources.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Set up new customer accounts and update existing records.
- Process orders and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Prioritise and escalate issues where required.
- Follow up on customer interactions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate call logs and records in line with company procedures.
- Produce regular call and performance reports.
