Candidates should have a strong understanding of networking concepts, advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, and experience with SIEM tools such as ArcSight and Azure Sentinel.
Relevant certifications like CISSP, CySA+, GCIH, and CASP are preferred, along with a degree or diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
Experience in SOC environments and eligibility for SC/DV clearance with a willingness to undergo vetting are also required.

One of our global information technologies clients is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join their team.

You will build upon the preliminary assessments made by Tier 1 Analysts by conducting deeper investigations into potential threats to the organization. This role plays a key part in the escalation, triage, and response to cyber incidents, while also contributing to the growth and training of Tier 1 team members.

Essential skills:

Strong grasp of networking concepts, IP addressing, and traffic flow, with advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
Proficient in using SIEM tools like ArcSight and Azure Sentinel; experienced with KQL and basic XDR platforms.
Familiar with OSINT techniques for threat intelligence and incident investigation.
Holds or is working toward relevant certifications such as CISSP, CySA+, GCIH, and CASP, with a degree/diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
Experienced in SOC environments and eligible for SC/DV clearance with willingness to undergo vetting by multiple agencies.
