Key Responsibilities

  • Master Through-Hole Soldering: Perform through-hole soldering and re-work to IPC J-STD-001 standards, ensuring top-tier quality in all products.
  • Operate Specialized Equipment: Safely and efficiently use soldering irons, cable wire cutting machines, PCB separators, pneumatic screwdrivers, and more.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with production, purchasing, and R&D teams to bring innovative designs to life.
  • Uphold Quality Standards: Pay meticulous attention to detail, maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence.
  • Adapt and Innovate: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift to meet exciting new challenges.
  • Leverage Basic PC Skills: Use Microsoft Office for data entry, emails, and accessing build manuals and quality documentation.
