We’re proud to be working with an excellent not-for-profit organisation seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join their collaborative finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role plays a key part in shaping strategic decisions through high-quality financial insight.

The roleYou’ll deliver the organisation’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes, working closely with stakeholders across the business. Your work will help optimise resource allocation, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support long-term financial plans and act as a trusted business partner
  • Build and maintain predictive, driver-based financial models
  • Produce and analyse KPIs to monitor performance against goals
  • Communicate actionable insights using Power BI, clear visualisations, and narrative
  • Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Enhance financial systems, processes, and analytical tools
  • Optimise financial data and reporting for accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement

About you:

  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with hands-on Power BI experience
  • Excellent communication skills, able to provide insights with data
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
  • Passion for making a positive impact in a not-for-profit setting
