Customer Service & Fulfilment Analyst, Frimley:
In this role you'll provide support and expertise to the whole Customer Fulfilment Team for the following:
- Order Automation tools, SAP trouble-shooting, SAP training/On-boarding, SOAR compliance, Reporting and Analytics
- As well as this you'll drive and support global initiatives
- Design and build reports, dashboards and analysis in Excel, Power BI and Tableau that lead to actionable insights.
- Establish a reporting synergy between business units.
Additionally daily tasks involve
- Ensure customer orders are procesed in a timely and accurate manor
- Deal with all areas of customer service
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on fulfilment performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of new systems or processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
A successful Customer Service & Fulfilment Analyst should have:
- Experience in a similar customer service and order processing role within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent systems skills including Excel to VLookUp and Pivot Table level and additionally SAP is a big benefit
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel or ERP systems.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
