SEMH Teacher
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teacher to join an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) setting in Farnborough. You'll be part of a skilled and supportive team, working in an environment that prioritises positive relationships, respect, and helping young people build confidence in themselves and their learning.
The school welcomes teachers from a variety of subject backgrounds. More important than subject specialism is your ability to adapt lessons, engage learners with complex needs, and create a safe, structured, and inspiring classroom environment.
As a Teacher in this SEMH setting, every day will be varied and rewarding. You'll work within a flexible framework, delivering personalised educational and therapeutic approaches that support each young person's academic progress as well as their emotional wellbeing.

- Location - Farnborough, Hampshire
- Position - SEN Teacher
- Type of work - Key Stage 3 and 4
- Contract or position start date - ASAP

- Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temp to Perm
- Full time/part time - Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - 168 a day
- Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings
Experience, Training and Qualifications
- QTS or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Eligibility
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
