We’re looking for a Trainee Artworker to join a small, busy team based in Farnborough. This role would suit a college leaver who is keen to develop a career in the Graphics sector. You’ll work closely with the MD, the Operations Administrator, and alongside the large format printing team, producing print-ready artwork within brand guidelines for signage, window graphics, marketing materials and some internal communications.The Artworker will:
  • Assist in preparing accurate artwork for print and digital use, mainly using existing files from clients
  • Ensure all artwork follows clients’ exact design and brand standards
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to support their needs
  • Support the Operations Administrator with quotes, tracking jobs on Excel and general admin tasks.
We’re looking for:
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written English
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative and grow within the role
  • Experience using a Mac and good skills with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
  • Organised, flexible, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
Salary will be dependent on skills and experience. This role will be based in the Farnborough office 9am to 5pm (35 hours a week) from Monday to Friday.
