About the Role:
Our well-established, privately owned client based in Camberley is seeking a dedicated and organised Service Desk Coordinator to join their team. This is a key support role within the business, responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of service operations and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming service booking requests from customers
Schedule and dispatch service engineers for jobs
Coordinate the daily service diary to maximise efficiency
Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
Schedule and follow up on routine services, quoted work, and revisits
Close completed jobs accurately within internal systems
Support the Service Desk Manager and assist with key accounts
Log and manage customer complaints and queries
Act as the first point of contact for clients and engineers
Ensure required equipment and parts are ordered and booked for jobs
Requirements:
Experience in service coordination or scheduling (preferably engineers or field teams)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Good geographical knowledge of the UK
Confident PC user with solid Microsoft Office skills
Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
A proactive, customer-focused approach
