Are you an enthusiastic and creative Design & Technology Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our dedicated team in Farnborough. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with the potential to become a permanent role.

The Role:

As a Design & Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across a range of DT disciplines, including Product Design, Textiles, and Resistant Materials. You will inspire students to explore their creativity, develop practical skills, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in Design & Technology.

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

  • Support and challenge students of all abilities to ensure excellent progress.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop an engaging curriculum and contribute to extra-curricular activities.

  • Take part in departmental meetings, staff training, and school events.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A strong background in teaching Design & Technology at Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable).

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
