Salary: 25k-30k + commission (OTE 50k)
We are working with a well-established Life Insurance company that specialise in life and critical illness cover, and they’re looking for a Insurance Advisor to join their team in Farnborough. The role is incredibly supportive and will allow you to gain your R05 qualification while also developing your career.
Duties as a Insurance Advisor include:
- Contacting multiple qualified leads per day to discuss life assurance products.
- Overcoming customer concerns and addressing any questions regarding life insurance.
- Conducting fact-finding conversations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Searching through a range of market-leading providers to find the best policy for each client.
- Highlighting the key benefits of our life insurance products and services.
- Arranging life insurance policies in line with our sales process.
- Continuously learning and retaining product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Adhering to all FCA guidelines and regulations to ensure compliant sales practices.
What you need to have to become a Insurance Advisor here;
- Proven telesales experience with a focus on targets.
- Experience in a financial company and knowledge of FCA guidelines.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ambitious and driven in a sales environment.
- Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
- Willingness to upskill and pursue professional development.
