A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team based in Farnborough. The OpportunityYou will join an established and well-respected team, working on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Intellectual property disputes
- Insolvency-related litigation
You will take a lead role in managing significant cases, supervising junior team members, and helping drive business development initiatives within the department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong track record of handling complex and varied disputes
- Excellent technical, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development
- Interest or involvement in business development activities is a plus
