Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-regarded and friendly law firm in Camberley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and new builds.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
  • Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the case management system.
  • Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction.
  • Proactively progress transactions and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal with experience will be considered).
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
