Join our award-winning Corporate and Commercial department, a Legal 500 ranked firm at the heart of the firm’s ambitious growth plans. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex corporate transactions and contribute significantly to our department's success.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, working alongside partners and senior solicitors on complex transactions, and independently managing transactions where suitable.
  • Support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence.
  • Oversee the due diligence process for clients, including reviewing share purchase agreements, drafting disclosure letters, and preparing related documents.
  • Handle both completion and post-completion matters.
  • Engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 4-5 years PQE
  • Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles to real-world scenarios.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
