Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX. My client is an established law firm based in North Hampshire. The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its team due to a forthcoming retirement. An existing client base will be to hand.

You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) with the ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from start through to post-completion. You will be dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. 

You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local Hampshire area. 

My client is eager to shortlist for interviews ASAP.
