Role: Quality ManagerSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits and Career opportunitiesHours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday. 7:30am-1:30pm Friday. Location: Commutable from Camberley, Yateley, Reading, Basingstoke, Woking, Aldershot, Guildford and surrounding areas. CompanyWe are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join a growing Aerospace Manufacturing organisation based near Camberley. You will be leading the quality function of the organisation, managing a small team of 4 that is currently going through a period of growth. Overseeing a small team within Quality, as a Quality Manager you will help to grow, develop and lead the team. Utilising their experience to knowledge-share with more junior members and elevate their skillsets. ResponsibilitiesMaintain, develop and manage the QMS’ (ISO9001 & AS9100).
Train, develop and mentor more junior members of the quality function.
Act as the quality point of contact for key stake holders both internally and externally.
Conduct internal audits and oversee audits of external regulatory bodies.
Promote and champion quality best practices, driving a quality culture throughout the business. Your main and primary role is the day-to-day running and management of the quality function.
