We are looking for an experiencedLogistics Coordinatorto join our team in Farnborough. This role is with a global EPC, on an initial 12 month contract outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Logistics Manager in developing and implementing the project's logistics plan.
  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and carrier coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents, adhering to strict compliance standards (e.g., GDP, IATA).
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing updates and resolving any transportation issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., manufacturing, regulatory) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers) to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain logistics databases.
  • Prepare reports on logistics activities and identify potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree.
  • Minimum of seven years relevant experience.
