Our Farnborough based client is currently looking for an additional Property Administrator to join the Real Estate team within the firm. They are looking for a strong administrator who can hit the ground running. This is an opportunity to provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, ensuring they can focus on the legal work. You will be part of a busy and exciting team in their beautiful, modern offices.

The role is based in Farnborough and is fully office based. The salary is £25,000-£30,000 dependant on experience. In addition to your salary, the company also offer a fantastic £1,000-£2,000 bonus too!!

Working hours are 9:00-5:30pm Monday - Friday based in the Farnborough office.

What will I be doing as a Property Administrator?

  • Deliver high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the Real Estate team.
  • Assisting with commercial property transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, and finance.
  • Managing correspondence, drafting, and formatting legal documents, coordinating with clients and third parties.
  • Maintaining compliant client files, supporting post-completion tasks, and monitoring transaction progress.
  • Diary management, travel bookings, billing support, and assisting with departmental projects and procedures.

What ideal skills/ attributes do I need as a Property Administrator? (not all essential)

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Assistant in a Real Estate or Commercial Property team.
  • Knowledge of property transactions.
  • Excellent document management and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with clients and third parties.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with legal compliance procedures, including AML checks.
  • Proficient in digital dictation, legal case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible, supportive approach.
