Airfreight Operations & Pricing Coordinator

Location: Farnborough, UK

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 (DOE)

The Role:

  • Managing end-to-end airfreight operations - export and import.
  • Handling bookings, documentation, customs entries, and job files with accuracy and speed.
  • Building relationships with customers, airlines, and overseas partners to deliver outstanding service.
  • Preparing quotes and rate requests, ensuring pricing is competitive and commercially sound.
  • Working hand-in-hand with sales to convert inquiries into business.
  • Keeping everything compliant, organised, and customer-focused.

From You?

  • At least 2 years' airfreight experience in the UK market (operations and/or pricing).
  • Confident with export & import processes and customs documentation.
  • Great communicator who loves solving problems and keeping customers happy.
  • Organised, proactive, and thrives in a busy logistics environment.
  • Dangerous Goods (DG) training is a plus but not essential.
