  • Ensure compliance with EASA/FAA certification and contractual obligations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and scalable processes across the business.

What You’ll Need as an Aerospace Programme Manager:

  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary programmes from concept through to delivery.

  • Strong programme management skills with expertise in planning tools, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across technical and commercial functions.

  • Experience working within a highly regulated, safety-critical industry.

Why Join?

  • Collaborate with world-class teams in an organisation renowned for technical expertise.

  • Competitive salary, excellent benefits, and hybrid flexibility.

  • Genuine career development opportunities within a business committed to long-term growth.
