Are you an experienced Buyer with a passion for precision and problem-solving? RPS Recruitment are the exclusive recruitment partner for Auxitrol Weston – a global leader in aerospace sensor technology – and we’re seeking a talented Buyer to join their Procurement team in Farnborough.

As Buyer, you’ll manage day-to-day purchasing activities across directed source supply, subcontract, and intercompany supply. You’ll work closely with suppliers worldwide and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials, keeping production and customer programs running smoothly.

This role offers real variety - from reviewing MRP demand and expediting parts, to analysing supply risks, driving supplier performance, and contributing to continuous improvement projects that strengthen the supply chain.
