Our client is seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist to join their team in Camberley. In this front-of-house role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all reception, administrative and coordination duties. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and will work closely with various departments and regional offices to support effective internal communication and document handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the switchboard and manage the reception area to ensure all visitors are greeted professionally and efficiently.

  • Receive and coordinate deliveries, ensuring prompt notification and collection by relevant departments.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate any necessary arrangements including refreshments and equipment.

  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support using your strong computer literacy and typing skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and confidentially.

  • Monitor and respond to feedback and queries received through the company’s website, ensuring professional and timely replies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous experience in a similar office-based role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a self-motivated approach.
