Mulberry Recruitment is seeking energetic and driven candidates for the position of Recruitment Consultant, offering a salary of £27,000 plus commission, potentially reaching around £40,000 in the first year.
The role is office-based in Camberley and requires candidates to work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Candidates with any level of experience are welcome, as full training will be provided for those new to recruitment.
Key responsibilities include building client relationships, advertising vacancies, resourcing candidates, and advising them on job details.

Salary £27,000 + Commission (c£40,000 in year 1)

Location : Office Based in Camberley

Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We are looking for candidates who are confident communicators and have an interest in Sales. We are happy to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants as well as people who would like a career in Recruitment as full training will be provided.

Daily Duties

Building relationships with clients over the phoneUnderstanding client companies

Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts

Resourcing using a variety of databases to find the right person for the vacancy

receiving and reviewing applications and managing interviews

Advising candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

Preparing CV’s
