We are looking for a fantastic Product Assistant to support the Managers in a really diverse role for a leading company in its field!The role will support the Product team in maintaining product specifications, managing and analysing data, generating reports as well as ensuring accuracy across all product data in the internal databases.  The role is a full-time permanent position based in Farnborough. The is hybrid and is offering a salary of up to £30,000.  Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day product management and new product development processes across a number of fantastic brands.
  • Supporting the departmental managers with ad hoc tasks as requested.
  • Support the product roadmap and development.
  • Maintain product specification sheets and documentation.
  • Prepare, validate and enter product data for all brands on the CRM system, taking ownership of data integrity, governance and validity.
  • Help coordinate samples and prototypes, liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in market research.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Assist with product testing.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and record meeting notes.
 Knowledge & Skills required
  • Previous experience in a product role and/or supporting product professionals
  • Ability to prioritise workload within tight deadlines and to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and able to influence.
  • Ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and energetic style, very focused on achieving results.
