Finance Assistant, Camberley, 35-40k + Bens + hybrid

Join this dynamic and growing consultancy business, dedicated to providing it’s clients with first class services and innovative solutions. Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the daily running of the finance function. This role will suit someone motivated and happy working in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day duties in this full-time permanent position:

Full function Accounts Payable, raising purchase orders and sending them to suppliers.

Monthly payment runs in accordance with agreed payment terms.

Handling credit cards and employee expenses.

Managing Accounts Receivable, raising sales invoices and debtor management.

Project revenue and cost reconciliations on internal ERP system.

Cashbook and bank reconciliations.

Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports.

Assist with VAT returns and other statutory filings.

Collaborating with the finance team to strengthen internal controls.

Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve any financial queries.

Supporting the wider accounting team with ad-hoc finance projects.

About you:

Proven experience in an all-round Accounts accounting role.

Proficiency in accounting software, ideally Sage 50 and MS Office including Excel.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (AAT etc) would be beneficial.

Motivated, diligent and happy working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
