We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Maths Teacher to join our dynamic team in Guildford starting from September 2025. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who is dedicated to teaching and inspiring young minds in the field of mathematics.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative maths lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure academic development.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to explore mathematical concepts and develop problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary approaches into teaching and learning practices.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions to enhance educational practices and personal growth.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in mathematics.
- Proven experience in teaching maths at a secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Flexibility to adapt to full-time or part-time hours based on the school's needs.
