We are working in partnership with a provider ofadults servicesand have apermanentopportunity for aSenior WAKING NIGHT Support Workerbased inFarnborough, Hampshire.
If successful, you will be working as part of a team providing support to adults withsevere mental health conditionswithin aresidential service.. This is an opportunity to join a supportive employer with genuine opportunities to progress.
This is apermanent position paying between 14.00-15.00, 40 hours per week.
Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential.
If you are already an established Support Worker Worker this role will be the next step in your career.
As aSeniorWaking Night Support Workeryour responsibilities will include:
- Provide support during the night to adults.
- Support the adults with developing a healthy sleeping routine.
- Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any suspicion or evidence of harm.
- Continuous commitment to professional development.
- To be willing to cover other homes when required.
- Liaise with parents and/or carers and other professionals if required.
