The Role:
We are looking for an inspiring and motivated SEN Teacher who is committed to supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ASC, and MLD. The successful candidate will teach small groups of students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering personalised learning that encourages academic progress and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver differentiated and inclusive lessons to students with a variety of SEN needs
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and wider school team
  • Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be a qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS
  • Have proven experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Demonstrate a passion for inclusive education and student development
  • Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
