Key Responsibilities:
Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to BMW manufacturer standards
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
Complete vehicle health checks and report findings to customers
Liaise with service advisors and workshop control for smooth workflow
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Support and guide junior technicians and apprentices
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, maintaining safety and compliance

Requirements:

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Team player with a positive attitude
MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving licence required
