?? What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver and Inspire: Teach Computing across FE and HE programmes up to Level 6, delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support Success: Motivate, mentor, and challenge learners to achieve their career ambitions.
  • Collaborate & Create: Work within a supportive team to shape and continually improve the Computing curriculum.
  • Promote Excellence: Represent the department at open days and contribute to the College's Outstanding reputation.

?? What We're Looking For:

  • A competent programmer in C# and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of software development design approaches and testing frameworks
  • A relevant degree in Computing (or related field)
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Previous HE teaching experience
  • A motivated and enthusiastic approach to engaging learners

  • Have experience with XR technologies
  • Have exposure to real-time embedded systems and AI
  • Have applied information systems for business purposes
