Our client, an IT based consultancy firm, is looking for a Resource Team Coordinator to join their growing team on a one-year fixed term contract, due to company growth and covering maternity leave. You will be a vital member of the team, assisting with operations, supporting consultants, managing social media content, job boards, and assisting with a variety of administration duties. You will be working a 4 day week with a full-time salary.

Resource Team Coordinator - About The Role

You will be a vital member of the team, assisting with operations, supporting consultants, managing social media content, job boards, and assisting with a variety of administration duties. Training will be provided if required.

Recruitment Support

  • Draft and post job adverts based on consultant briefs and job descriptions.
  • Manage job board postings and responses.
  • Analyse advert performance and improve engagement.
  • Format, proofread, and upload CVs to the company’s internal database.

Database Management

  • Maintain database accuracy and create internal management reports.
  • Support consultants with CV searches and mailshots.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Post updates and job adverts on LinkedIn.
  • Create content (including video) for company social media channels.
  • Maintain the website and Twitter account.
  • Manage marketing emails and track responses.
  • Update Feefo with placement feedback.

Client and Event Support

  • Assist with travel arrangements and client-facing communications.
  • Help coordinate client gifts and events.

Office Administration

  • Maintain sales figures and produce reports.
  • Answer the main phone line.
  • Liaise with landlords and service providers regarding office matters and maintenance.
  • Support IT and phone systems in partnership with external providers.
  • General ad-hoc admin duties as required.

The successful Resource Team Coordinator will have/be:

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office.
  • Social media savvy with a creative eye for content.
  • Previous administrative experience would be beneficial.
