They are one of the leading financial advisory firms in Europe, who specialise in working with the expatriate community throughout the EEA and beyond.
They pride themselves in offering exceptional after sales support and administration. Through building long-term, sustained relationships, they are then referred by their clients to potential new clients to offer independent financial advice. They have a vacancy for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. The role will be based at their office in Surrey. There is scope for career progression. Prior experience using Wealthcraft is preferred but not essential.
The office is close to Farnham train station. There is also parking available.
Job description and responsibilities for the Accounts Administrator:
- Processing commission statements from financial advisers
- Inputting data into excel spreadsheets and Wealthcraft
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaise with finance team to ensure commissions are paid on time
- Adding new advisers onto the system
- Checking employee expenses
- Complete training provided by the company to improve knowledge and use of systems
Key skills required for the Accounts Administrator role:
- Attention to detail
- Experience of inputting data into excel spreadsheets
- Good IT skills
- Good communication skills to liaise with the accounts and administration teams
- Ability to work efficiently
This is a full-time employed role for an Accounts Administrator, with normal business hours Monday-Friday.
