As a Production Operative, you will be at the heart of innovative brewing and production processes. Responsibilities of the Production Operative:
- Assist with the brewing process of the product while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct regular checks on fermentation parameters (temperature, pH, and pressure) to ensure compliance with production standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas according to industry standards and regulations
- Document production processes, results, and any deviations in batch records for traceability and compliance
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality; and troubleshooting on fermentation equipment to minimise downtime
Experience of the Production Operative:
- Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Fermentation or Production Experience
- Basic use of Microsoft Office (Excel)

- Positive Attitude and proactive with a passion for problem-solving and quality control
- Adaptable to change with the ability to adjust to new processes and changing priorities
- Ability to work within a team setting and independently
- Full UK Driver’s License
