Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week) between 6am – 6pm.

We are proud to be representing a growing Manufacturing company that the people are the heart of. They are looking for a Fermentation Production Operative and are based in Farnham.

As a Production Operative, you will be at the heart of innovative brewing and production processes. You'll work alongside a passionate and highly skilled team dedicated to delivering top-quality products. Responsibilities of the Production Operative:

  • Assist with the brewing process of the product while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct regular checks on fermentation parameters (temperature, pH, and pressure) to ensure compliance with production standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas according to industry standards and regulations
  • Document production processes, results, and any deviations in batch records for traceability and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality; and troubleshooting on fermentation equipment to minimise downtime

Experience of the Production Operative:

  • Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Fermentation or Production Experience
  • Basic use of Microsoft Office (Excel)

The Person for the Production Operative:

  • Positive Attitude and proactive with a passion for problem-solving and quality control
  • Adaptable to change with the ability to adjust to new processes and changing priorities
  • Ability to work within a team setting and independently
  • Full UK Driver’s License
