About the Role

Are you an experienced manager in the automotive aftermarket looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a well-established automotive service centre in the Farnham area.

This role requires a strong leader with a proven background in workshop or branch management - someone who can motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive performance to new levels.

You'll take full responsibility for the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient productivity, and top-quality results for customers. A technical or MOT tester background would be a strong advantage.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to analyse and improve operational performance
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a drive for excellence
  • Experience managing both staff and customer relationships
  • Ideally qualified to Level 2/3 in Automotive or MOT tester certified
