- Identifying potential opportunities for lawyers and their relevant practice areas.
- Leading on bids and tenders from initial opportunity through to submission and reporting.
- Developing and writing persuasive, tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight the firm's strengths.
- Providing coaching to improve the performance of pitch teams and individual lawyers.
- Ensuring business development content is captured and stored for future use, and identify content gaps to overcome them.
- Keeping up to date with market best practice and developments, and share knowledge with the wider Marketing and Business Development team.

- Experience within the legal industry or professional services at a senior level
- Excellent writing skills, communication and project management skills, combined with personal gravitas
