Key Responsibilities:
- Input and process timesheet submissions for payment runs
- Handle client queries on submissions or payments
- Administer ad-hoc payment requests (e.g. holiday, VAT)
- Process advances and manage fund recovery
- Execute daily payment routines and reconciliations
- Provide reporting for clients and HMRC
Requirements:
- Strong admin background and high data accuracy
- Numerate with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team
- Experience in payroll or self-employed payments is a bonus
