Our client is looking for a Marketing Communications & Account Manager to join a vibrant team. This is a hybrid role that perfectly balances the creative energy of marketing with the relationship-building and organisational skill of account management.

Marketing & Content Creation
  • Shape and support the annual marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Plan, write, and schedule content across channels including blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with design agencies to create visually engaging assets and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Manage and update the website for the company and partners, ensuring timely and relevant content.
  • Coordinate the development of the quarterly newsletter and contribute written content.
  • Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and campaign-ready.
Client & Project Management
  • Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth project delivery and strong relationships.
  • Coordinate programme logistics, from scheduling to toolkit prep and digital platforms like Mural and SharePoint.
  • Track progress, gather feedback, and help deliver real impact for our clients.
  • Contribute to proposal writing and spot new opportunities within client accounts.
Finance & Reporting
  • Maintain forecasts and budgets, and oversee invoicing (QuickBooks).
  • Keep financial records in line with project delivery and sales activity.
Team Support & Admin
  • Help keep internal processes sharp and effective.
  • Manage contracts and support team-wide communications and reporting.
Youll need to bring:
  • Experience in marketing, content writing, or account/project management.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, SharePoint, and collaborative platforms.
  • A sharp eye for detail, great organisation, and a get-things-done attitude.
Desirable:
  • Experience in learning & development or people engagement.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.
  • A passion for improving how things work
