Our Client is launching a brand-new domiciliary care company with a fresh, values-driven approach and they’re looking for an experienced, passionate Care Manager to join them at the very beginning of this journey.

Your Role:As the Registered Manager, you’ll be instrumental in setting up the service from scratch. That includes:

  • Registering with CQC
  • Building and training your care team
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards
  • Driving the culture, quality, and growth of the business

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Proven leadership in domiciliary care
  • CQC registration experience
  • A passion for person-centred care and innovation
  • Business development skills
