They are one of the leading financial advisory firms in Europe, who specialise in working with the expatriate community throughout the EEA and beyond.
They pride themselves in offering exceptional after sales support and administration. Through building long-term, sustained relationships, they are then referred by their clients to potential new clients to offer independent financial advice. They have a vacancy for an experienced financial services administrator to join their team, working alongside financial advisers. The role will be based at their office in Surrey. There is scope for career progression to become a financial adviser.
The office is close to Farnham train station. There is also parking available.
Job description and responsibilities for the IFA Administrator:
- Aid the preparation of new business and servicing application forms
- Package and submit all new business cases to the UK Admin team for sign off
- Monitor and administer new business applications through to completion, once submitted to providers, to ensure the smooth and timely administration
- Liaise with allocated advisers to ensure efficient processing of applications and outstanding requirements whilst building relationships
- Communicate with clients to provide a first-class client service
- Prepare and submit Dealing Instructions to UK Admin team, to facilitate new investments and withdrawals
- Submit LOAs and COAs to providers and monitor until completion / information received
- Adhere to administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Obtain valuations and facilitate any other ad hoc servicing requirements
- Update and manage data within our Client's CRM
- Facilitate the use of electronic signatures via DocuSign
- Complete training to satisfy compliance requirements and improve personal knowledge
This is a full-time employed role for a financial services administrator, with normal business hours Monday-Friday. Occasionally, slightly different hours may be required to deal with clients living abroad but these will be discussed in advance.
